Honestly, who does not love chocolate?! I mean once in a while a good piece of chocolate can really brighten up your day. Normally, I prefer white chocolate or sometimes milk chocolate. I do not like the bitter taste of dark chocolate. For me, chocolate has to be sweet. Otherwise, I do not count it as “real” chocolate ;).
More surprisingly, for this amazing recipe you need dark chocolate. In the beginning, I did not really want to try it out, just because of the dark chocolate. Well, I had a lot of pomegranate seeds left, so in the end that seemed to be the only promising easy and quick method to get rid of them. And I have to say, the combination of these ingredients is a
thousand million times better than I thought it would be. So stay excited and please leave me a comment how you like my pomegranate ginger chocolate bark!
POMEGRANATE GINGER CHOCOLATE BARKPrint Recipe
- 150g dark chocolate (70% cacao)
- 1/2 pomegranate apple (seeds)
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- Pinch of sea salt
Start with melting the chocolate.
In the meantime, you can remove the seeds from the pomegranate and mince the ginger in really small pieces.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the chocolate on it. Top it with the pomegranate seeds, ginger and salt.
Now you put it into the fridge and let it set until it’s hardened. Then enjoy the pure deliciousness!
