POMEGRANATE GINGER CHOCOLATE BARK

Honestly, who does not love chocolate?! I mean once in a while a good piece of chocolate can really brighten up your day. Normally, I prefer white chocolate or sometimes milk chocolate. I do not like the bitter taste of dark chocolate. For me, chocolate has to be sweet. Otherwise, I do not count it as “real” chocolate ;).

More surprisingly, for this amazing recipe you need dark chocolate. In the beginning, I did not really want to try it out, just because of the dark chocolate. Well, I had a lot of pomegranate seeds left, so in the end that seemed to be the only promising easy and quick method to get rid of them. And I have to say, the combination of these ingredients is a thousand  million times better than I thought it would be. So stay excited and please leave me a comment how you like my pomegranate ginger chocolate bark!
