My name is Svenja, I am 26 years old and a veggie lover since my early childhood. Cooking is one of my passions. I love to mix different ingredients and create new recipes. Usually, I prefer to use plant-based products and whole foods. However, I do not follow any strict nutrition rules and just listen to my body. Still, I try to avoid artificial flavors, refined sugar and preservatives. Our body needs tons of energy. Good quality food is important to fuel our body.
